Quality work and fair prices, but there was a long wait for repair turnaround time. I turned in my mower in the spring time and it took a month to get back. Also, poor communication on customer service. But for the price and workmanship, 4 ⭐️'s.
I've been using their repair shop for years and have been very satisfied with the way they handle business. Good people, good service, good prices. I've also bought new equipment from them. 5 Stars.
We've used them twice, and will not again! Each time it takes over a month to repair a lawnmower, and that I can understand, but someone should have enough customer service sense to call and inform me of the amount of time it would take to complete the job! Both times I was led to believe that it would be a couple of weeks to repair
Guys explained upfront about the standard charges of tune ups, long wait times and such. Place is fairly off-putting at first, but Memphians are use to this. Most men were nice. They called and told me my blower and weed eater was ready. Both tools worked when dropped off. Just half choke and they ran fine. So maybe a dirty carb. One carburetor, ignition module, and $118 later, I have my tools back. No one bothered to call and notify me of the parts needed or extra labor. Poor communication.
They had our mower for six weeks. Said it was fixed. We went to pick it up and it was doing the same thing as before. They had it for almost a month more and then charged us double what they said it would cost. Not happy at all.
