Update: I'm updating my review because this location is just not a good Zaxby's in their customer service and order accuracy. I ordered two salads and it took the place FOUR times to get the order accurate. Make no mistake, the food is good. But this being a common occurrence and happening 3 out of the last 4 times I have been there, I am never giving this location my business again. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of competence in the management and the staff.
Great spot. Me and my family went there for my husband's birthday. The Gm gave him a free meal. Great service but cashier had an attitude.
This is like any other Zaxbys in that the food is great. However, this location consistently struggles on order accuracy and really needs to reemphasize with the customer on the directions of their order before handing it out.
This store is incredible. The staff all remember my name, what I always order, and even go that extra mile to include their fry seasoning just so I can enjoy their delicious chicken tenders even better! Best Zaxbys I've been to since moving to Tennessee.

When a store promotes food and drink for sale then fails to tell the customers that they do not have these items after waiting for your order for 15 minutes. No apology givin by Manager and you must demand your money back. Never will I go back to this estabishment. When Management does not respect the customers it is time to close the Doors.
