I am very disappointed. My fiancée and 3 kids waited almost 30 minutes or more to receive our food. I ordered and Chicken Fajita Omelette that had to be returned to the kitchen because it tastes like old food that was sitting out for awhile. I mean the chicken was hard and without flavor. I only gave them 3 stars because the dining area was beautiful and our server, Debbie, was EXCELLENT. She played no role in the quality of the food. She was pleasant, friendly, and extremely professional. She made sure that I got a fresh Omelette and apologized for the kitchen's mistake. I may give them another try but just because the server made our experience better.
As the name implies, best pancakes in town. Service was okay, but not spectacular. The food makes up for it.
Just crappy service. It took them 10 minutes just to check on us. The lady walked past my empty glass of water three times before finally asking if I want a refill. It took her five minutes to bring it's the to go box. It took a lil over 5 minutes to pay because she didn't have a pen even though she should have. I was extremely pissed about the whole thing. Keep in mind there was only one other customer at the time. She was in the back talking to other employees rather than waiting on us. At one point she actually walked out of the building for far longer than was needed; no one checked on us while she was gone. When I ordered, she came back and actually asked me what my side was even though I had already said it. If you can not handle one table and have a smile on your face that entire time, you should not be a waitress.
Above review is from 3 months ago. Today I went there for a to-go order for a second chance. The food was actually worse. I ordered the Californian Scramble with no sides. When I received my food, it was extremely greasy, the avocado looked more like old broccoli stems, and it looks like they just plopped some cheese on top and gave it to me. When I was about to leave, I heard a waitress tell two customers who had been waiting 20 minutes that they would still have to wait 30 minutes AFTER they order to receive their food. Oh and the salsa that should come with their food? Apparently there wasn't any and the MANAGER actually offered marinara to me instead. They didn't even bother trying to subtract the amount of sides I didn't order so I ended up paying for sides that I didn't order. Do not go here.
I had the blueberry syrup which is a nice treat. I'm not much on eating at a place like IHOP because I'm rarely eating breakfast but I must say at 6:30 at night it hit the spot. I was pleasantly surprised.
I ate here when I spoke at an exchange club meeting the other night. The waitress whose name was Davinia or something very close to that was just lovely. The bacon was done perfectly.
They have either changed coffee brands, or couldn't offer me a fresh pot. Loved the great steak omelette. I expect a great tasting cup of coffee to go with it.
