Tops millington is the best tops in the memphis area. Always fast, excellent service, and very clean. Also I think they're cheeseburger is super underrated, might be the best burger you can buy at any fast food chain.
I placed a phone order to go and their customer service was great! After returning back to the office and realizing that what I paid for was not what I received, I called. Although the order was taken correctly it was not packaged correctly. The only way they would replace it was if I returned with the food in receipt. After I noted that I couldn't return today, she suggested coming tomorrow with the food(????) I asked if I could take a picture to show the error but at that point someone in the back ground started speaking "loudly" about "their" policies. So now I just want the different in my money of what I ordered and paid compared to what I received I am really disappointed. I under stand policies and I also patronize establishments that respects their customers.
Tops Millington is the star ⭐️ of the always good chain. Nice folks, excellent food and reasonable prices. It is really that simple and they get it right! Always hard to decide on BBQ or burgers. So... get both!
Love Tops BBQ. We eat there a few times a month & have never had any problems... Food, & Service has always been Top Notch. Been going since they opened up in Millington.... BEST EVER
Been eating at Tops since I started walking almost 60 years ago, with so many BBQ places in the mid south it's nice to get consistent quality and great service from a local chain. This location is one of the best around, all the staff are friendly and the food is great. Only reason for 4 stars is because it gets a little messy in the restaurant when they're real busy, dirty tables and floor, but the food is always what we ordered. Try their burgers!!!
