Horrible management with total disregard for tenants. Also upkeep is lazy. This place could be great but all the money goes into pockets not investments. Feral cats run the place. The trailers are about 30 years old and if they aren't they look it. Also if something breaks they blame it on you even though they are supposed to have check ups on it.
I just love management and the maintenance crew are top notch. Everyone has always treated Me with the up most courtesy and respect. They have gone out of their way to help Me . I can not sing their praise loud enough.. =)
Office people are super nice and if you need something fixed they are fast to fix it..
Homes are outdated...staff seems to not communicate..speak with one and the other says something else..please get your information on paperwork cause they will screw u over..had to speak with 3 people and non of them are on the same page..I wouldn't trust them at all..Asked personal questions like is my child a good child as part of the approval questions..just wondering because I am a person of color..hmm ..be aware
Went to rent from them they found every reason not to rent to my girlfriend and I......they act like the trailers are made of gold......... We know someone that is trying to buy the trailer park if they buy it I'm going to make sure managers are fired
