Best pizza & u can get some for 5 dollars
Came at 1220 for a quickie lunch and try their hot and ready $5 lunch combo available from 11-200. Well it wasn't hot and ready and had to wait for what the lady said would be 3 minutes. Sure enough it was delivered/made in time. Pizza was nice & hot. No issues. Thankfully the lady up front wasn't in the back making pizzas. She needed to cut her nails, wash her hands, and wear a hair net!
Like the food, service is horrible. Pulled up to the speaker and waited a few minutes. Finally she asked us to pull up without us placing an order. We ordered and paid at the window. She said it was coming out of the oven right now and to pull around and she'll bring it right out. After 16 minutes, we went inside and she handed us the pizza.
Actually 2.5 ⭐️stars for a middle of the road 'C' grade.
Tonight we stopped and ordered a pep and a supreme pizza and Parmesan chicken wings. We were given buffalo wings and the worker walked away and out of site do we had to park to go inside then they had shut the lid on our undercooked supreme pizza so that the sides of the life were actually in the pizza. It was cut so cockeyed that one piece was a quarter of the pizza. Looked like someone was really pissed they had to work! I’ll be buying from Raleigh from now on.
Wife ordered 3 cheese pizzas and 1 Three Meat pizza. Was told it would be 15 minutes, waited over 45 minutes. Watched several people come and go while waiting. No manager to talk to, no one to offer any help. Absolutely rediculious and horrible customer service. Will be contacting the regional manager and also corporate.
