The food was good and they have a wonderful staff to ensure that you're having a good time! I will definitely be eating here again!
If I could give them no stars at all I would. I ordered a pizza online on a Friday evening and didn't receive my pizza nor a phone call, but, somehow my account was debited. I called the store to check on my order and received no answer. I even had the call center call the next day and they received no answer either. Finally HOURS later on a Saturday.... Around 8pm someone finally picked up the phone. I immediately asked to speak with a manager and when I explained to the manager (Destiny) what happened, she didn't apologize, she immediately said I don't know how to do a refund so I'll have to make you another pizza. I advised her I didn't want another pizza and I want a refund.... Long story short it is now Tuesday and I haven't received a call back as she promised nor a refund.
One star too many!! Few months ago it took over two hours to get it. Called and cancelled and delivery still showed up and we declined. Thought we would try it again tonight. Went and picked it up this time. Brought it home and it was missing a piece and they put hot sauce with the breadsticks instead of pizza sauce. We won't be back! Ridiculous and disgusting!
Love Pizza Hut, but this was a sad experience. We went for the buffet on Sunday afternoon, and the pizza was bad. Only two pizzas were on the buffet when we arrived, and those looked like they had been there for a while. They finally put a couple fresh ones out, but it was too little too late. May have just been a one off experience because I'm used to great pizza at Pizza Hut!
We walked in and had to find someone to see if we seated ourselves or if they seated us, when we finally got seated it was another 5 minutes before they brought menus. The place was not very clean and we were informed they do not have taco pizza.... I didn't know pizza huts didn't have a taco pizza?!?! They also do not have cheese sauce which is weird for us. Then when we were ready to leave I had to again find someone to tell us what to pay and when I asked if they had a discount if I showed my hotel room key the manager had no clue what I was talking about.
The lunch buffet was just perfect.
