One female clerk was extremely helpful. But two male clerks at 6pm on Sunday could not be bothered to even get up from their chairs and help look for the item I came to purchase. Stating the man who knew where those where would not be back til monday. They were too busy riding the clock. The female, continued to help me, I looked the item back up on my phone and got her and item number which helped her track it down. She found three, which were all damaged and or missing parts. I thanked her for her efforts, she kept apologizing, I told her it was not her fault. Monday I will return to Haddads in Munford. If it had been Saturday that's where I would have gone. She deserves a six star rating, and a raise. I wish I remember her name, she is the type of employee I would hire. The two knuckleheads need to be shown the door.
I Walked into the busines on 11/12/17 @ 3:00pm. I walked back to the appliance area to purchase a dryer. I also observed 3 other couples and a white female all standing in front of different appliances they were interested purchasing. NO STORE ASSOCIATES EVER CAME AROUND TO HELP. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO HORRIBLE.
The customer service wirkers and managers am & pm were absolutely phenomenal. Couldn't of asked for more professional and courteous individuals, that know what there doing.
Not enough employees to help. Have never seen the manager. Prefer now to shop anywhere but this Lowe’s
