The staff was very nice and took great care of us. Our Buick was very nice and clean when we got it. They drove farther than normal to take us to pick up our car from the auto body shop, and the young man who took us was very friendly.
I have been trying to rent a car from this location since 12/8/17. I was given a reservation # from my insurance and gave it to the guy that answered the call on 12/8/17, and was told he had no cars available at the moment but should have some at the end of the day, that he would call when they get something in for us. No calls whatsoever. Today, 12/11/17, I called local # was immediately connected to the main customer service and was told there were available cars @ the Millington location. Drove all the way to Millington, was told yeah I talked to you Friday. He then proceeds to say they STILL have no rentals available. I told him what I was told by the main customer service they had some cars available. He then tells me that the main reservation # does not know what they have on lot and if he'd known I needed a car he would have had one available for us today. Uhm, Hello! I called you Friday and spoke to some one at that location telling me they would call me back @ the end of the day, or I could call around because he couldn't check any other locations. Tried that with other locations the same run around. He did show us a van, today but it was too tall for my mother. We were then told by the guy that they have no cars was told some employees, including the manager was out picking up cars and should have some before closing @ 6 pm today, but most were trucks but for me to call back before 6 p.m. I called and was put on hold from 5:15-6 for 13 minutes each with a message @ the exact 13 minute mark could not transfer call. I am frustrated and furious at this point. My mother has a Dr appointment to treat her 2 broke feet from a wreck and I have NO transportation due to getting the run around. This is not acceptable!
I've always had great customer service at the Millington office. High Five to all the makes/models I've ever driven from that location!
I reserved my rental online and got a vehicle similar to what I asked for - spacious vehicle with great gas mileage. I had to extend my reservation by a few days and it was made easy by a simple phone call. Picking up was just as easy as dropping off. I will definitely rent again from Enterprise, especially this location. Thank you!
