In September of 2016 I purchased my third new vehicle in 18 months. Overall purchasing experience for all was very good. The third vehicle is a lemon and had its first issue a week after purchase. Currently working with BBB Auto line to get a resolution since the dealership is unwilling to repair, replace, or buyback the vehicle. I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from Homer Skelton Ford of Millington. They will be glad to sell it to you but do not stand behind their product. The customer service in the service department is extremely lacking. I think they have very poor service department since they quickly pawned me off to Ford motor company to have the vehicle fixed. The dealership told me the car was normal and nothing they could do. Tom, an engineer Ford sent, did not do a thorough job in my opinion either. If he drove the vehicle after his supposed repair he would have realized it wasn't fixed. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I have learned a valuable lesson through this whole fiasco. Make sure the dealership is willing to stand behind the vehicles they sale and has a good customer service philosophy. Hopefully you will have better service than I received from this dealership but I wouldn't necessarily count on it.

I have a dodge, but I go to Ford for all my service needs, because their service is a lot better. They are friendlier and more helpful. The wait time is quicker too.
In response to your response that it is a lie. The car was repaired after the better business bureau auto line got involved. The engineer ordered and replaced the whole differential and repaired the problem. Your dealership is the worst service department I ever had to deal with and Randy Hart the general manager leaves something to be desired as well. The only asset for the dealership is Mike West. He is the only person there that wanted to help get the vehicle fixed. It's a shame how your dealership treats people when they have an issue that is difficult to find.
Great maintenance on my vehicle. Price is comparable to non dealerships, but u know u get good service here!
