On supervised kids running around in the streets, Stray Cats loose everywhere I am just an all-out nasty-looking place.
This place is notorious for break-ins. I lived there for 3 years and had stuff stolen from me multiple times. Every weekend several people in the neighborhood were robbed. Nothing was ever done about it. The guy who runs the place called the cops on me when I went to the office asking to see surveillance video, which they claimed they had but really didn't. Most of the trailers are ran down and actually unhealthy to live in. I found mold all in mine and they refused to fix it. Also there's terrible roach infestations. If you need somewhere to move into quickly and have money it's easy to move in but that's about the only good thing I can say about this community. If you live here keep everything very secure and I would recommend to have cameras outside and inside the home.
My partner and I rent from these people,we stay in Pecan Circle. We have never been late on our rent and they drag there feet on fixing things,I had to file several BBB Complaints, there also increasing our rent!! Stay away from these people,may I suggest you rent from Allen Town. The ladies in the office never have a clue what's going on(Bridget,Ellen and don't forget about Benjamin), They claimed they had security here,been here a year and still haven't seen him...Stay away from Shady Oaks,Red Oaks and Memphis Communities!!!
Wonderful place to stay, if you can stand listening to the train that goes by from time to time
