They don't check their mobile order station very often. Ordered ahead and still waited 25 minutes.
I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and an eggnog latte, after about almost 30 minutes I went backup to the register. The lady apologized and have me a $4 card. I then took a sip of my eggnog latte and it was just like a cup of frothy coffee. I then went backup there and the young man making them said there is no flavoring for the eggnog latte. I asked him if he could just put some pumpkin in there instead. He did. The store seemed understaffed. I gathered it to be very disorganized. Hopefully management will somehow correct this.
So busy, you wait forever. The app speeds things up significantly. Waited in the drive thru for a half hour, no exaggeration.
It was good inside the building the drive through isn't fast so I usually go in for my stuff.
Service at this location has seriously declined. They are consistently the slowest location I've frequented. 30 minutes on an order just yesterday - completely unacceptable. It's going to be a long time before I put up with that again.
6 months ago this woulda been 5 stars. They have really dropped in customer service and quality of products served. It is a shame. Management seems to be the issue, because they can't even keep things like lids in stock. Perhaps a change is in order.
